Accessible Information
We want to enable clear communication with our patients. We want to make sure you can read and understand the information we send you.
If you find it hard to read our letters please let us know so that we can provide information in large print, easy read or braille. If you need someone to support you at appointments please let us know.
We can arrange an interpreter, a British Sign Language interpreter or an advocate. We want to know if we can support you to lip read or use a hearing aid communication tool.
Please let the receptionist know when you arrange your appointment or call the surgery between 10am and 3pm to discuss.
Unfortunately due to our location we do not have a patient car park .
Patients are called to see the clinician via the screen in the waiting room by both visual and audible prompts. Please let our receptionist know if you require alternative arrangements to be made. Our reception desk also has a loop system for those with hearing aids.
Our consulting rooms are numbered to assist patients in accessing the correct clinical room. Several of our clinical rooms are accessible by wheelchair. If you require a wheelchair accessible room it would be helpful to us if you could advise our reception team in advance of your appointment.
