There is huge pressure on the practice to provide appointments for patients in a timely manner. If you cannot keep your appointment, please contact the surgery and let us know so we it can be offered to someone else. Heaton Road Surgery does operate an Did Not Attend Policy which can result in patients being asked to register elsewhere for repeated incidents.
