We have recently held our first Patient Participation Group meeting since the beginning of Covid. The group meet once every 4 months in order to discuss what is happening in General Practice and, more importantly, what is happening at Heaton Road Surgery.
We welcome patient involvement and feedback, and it is a great way for the patients to get involved with the practice and to have their say.
If you are interested in joining our PPG, all you have to do is contact the surgery and let one of the team know and we will do the rest. You are welcome to attend meetings either in person or virtually. This means your details can be added to our list of members, be informed of when meetings are being held and receive agenda’s and minutes but without having to actually attend the meeting itself, which would allow you to stay involved with the practice and what is happening in primary care.
