Heaton Road Surgery is accessible by wheelchair and our toilets are suitable for disabled patients. Unfortunatley due to our location we do not have a patient car park .
Patients are called to see the clinician via the screen in the waiting room by both visual and audible prompts. Please let our receptionist know if you require alternative arrangements to be made. Our reception desk also has a loop system for those with hearing aids.
Our consulting rooms are numbered to assist patients in accessing the correct clinical room. Several of our clinical rooms are accessible by wheelchair. If you require a wheelchair accessible room it would be helpful to us if you could advise our reception team in advance of your appointment.
